Development Engineer - Windows Device Driver Software The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a multithreaded real time environment on Windows platforms. Main responsibilities with be developing product device drivers and supporting third party applications. Required experience: C++ development using Microsoft visual studio 2003/2005, developing for MS Windows operating systems including XP and older versions. Windows device driver development for XP and Vista. Device specific DLLs and Kernel level system drivers (VXD, WDM). Win32 API programming. Knowledge of some of the following MatLab, VBE, VB, LabView and AgilentVEE. Useful experience: Interfacing to hardware products via USB. Assembler for speed critical functions. Firmware development for 8051 and PIC microcontrollers. C#.NET experience. Win64 API and WDF knowledge (for the new Vista operating system).
