Signal Conditioning Amplifiers
for Strain Gauge Sensors.
AS005
AS005 is a miniature circular PCB voltage strain gauge amplifier
designed to fit inside a load cell or other transducer. The PCB is
21mm diameter and is 10mm deep. 13 turn potentiometers provide
precise setting of Zero and Span.
The state-of-the-art design incorporates some surface mount technology
and is highly versatile, being adaptable for all normal combinations of
dc supply and output range.
AS333
AS333 is a miniature rectangular PCB 2-wire 4-20mA strain gauge
amplifier designed to fit inside a load cell or other transducer.
The PCB will slide into a circular tube of 18mm diameter and
occupies a length of 36mm. 15 turn potentiometers provide precise
setting of Zero and Span and are accessible at the output end of
the unit.
A passive third-order low-pass input filter is incorporated to reject
high frequency interference. Some surface mount technology is used.
