B&K to go greener!

UK – July, 2007

Sound and vibration expert, Bruel and Kjaer has always been associated with the colour green, due to the distinctive colour of its instruments and – in bid to drive down its paper usage – the company has launched a prize draw competition for customers, encouraging them to sign up for an electronic version of the company’s magazine.

Hard copies of Bruel and Kjaer’s twice yearly magazine have long been circulated to customers, but with the magazine now available as a downloadable PDF, those who sign up to receive this ‘paperless’ version are offered the chance to win a champagne hot air balloon trip for two and help the company distribute the magazine in a more environmentally-friendly manner.

Once the customers have submitted their details to receive the electronic magazine, they also have a chance to get their name entered for the prize draw by correctly answering two questions about the company.

The lucky winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries and - along with a partner - will experience the amazing, 360 degree views afforded by hot air balloon travel, then round off the experience with a commemorative bottle of champagne.

The competition is open until 14th September 2007, is accessible on Bruel and Kjaer UK website:
