Differential Pressure Transducer.
Autotran's unique series of low-cost, low pressure
Differential and Gauge transducers are epitomised
with the 860 series.
For universal powering from AC or DC, output signals are either
1-5 vDC or 1-6 vDC or 1-10 vDC or 4-2OmA. These ISO-9001
certified units come in sturdy plastics cases with convenient mounting
lugs and a screw terminal block.
The seven available ranges go down to 0.5 inch H20 and up to 40psi,
media-compatible of the liquid variety, eg: humid air & water
condensation eg in air ducts, ventilation pipes, and fan wells.
Contrary to most transducers of this kind the Autotran 860 will operate
below dewpoint without any degradation in performance.
Temperature-compensated from 10°C to 50°C these new transducers
exhibit 1% total error band accuracy and will operate from -25°C to +70°C.
Long term stability is better than 1% of span; but for occasional resetting
there is an offset adjustment (range up to 60% of span)
With barbed pressure ports suitable for 1/8-inch tubing these
3in x 2.6in x 1.5in large units are available from EuroSensor. These
transducers break new ground within the combination of low-range,
high-output, differential media compatibility, and the low-cost band at
which the versatility sought for by the OEM has so long been denied.
Add to this on-board regulation - and the Series 600 are truly unique.
