Reduced Installation Costs for Temperature Control.
Gefran has launched the new range of Geflex controller
units offering advantages of reduced costs of installation,
less wiring and no requirement to make cut outs in panels
as Geflex is DIN-Rail mounted inside the panel.
Geflex is a revolutionary new product which combines the
performances of Controllers and Solid State Relays and the
features of a PLC in to one unit for temperature control applications.
The PID control functions are included in the unit which can be
hot-swapped for replacement/upgrades.
Master Unit is temperature control and independent communication
unit, Slave Unit is temperature control unit. 9 slaves can work off
1 master.
Rated from 25A to 120A, Universal temperature input, Cooling
output, Load current control with integrated CT Heat-cool PID,
cooling fluid selection, self-tuning, auto-tuning, soft-start, 4 general
purpose alarms, LBA and HB alarms, 2 output relays all as standard.
RS485, "Modbus" protocols are standard with PROFIBUS DP,
CANopen as alternatives.
