Melt Pressure Transmitters with ATEX Certification.
GEFRAN has expanded the Melt Pressure Transmitter
series with the new MX & WX family. These sensors are
designed as Intrinsically Safe devices, suitable for
installation in Hazardous Areas, and bear the ATEX
certification.
They are electrically and mechanically interchangeable with
existing products.
A variety of styles are available to suit all applications from Rigid
Stem, Flexible Stem and with in-built thermocouple sensor with
4-2OmAmp output.
The new ATEX Intrinsic Safety conforms to the old certification
of EEx ia IC T4 and 15.
FDA approved liquid fill is available for food and drug applications.
