Digital load cell for fast weighing.
To meet the needs of demanding and fast weighing applications,
HBM's new digital load cell features an adjustable output rate
of up to 1200 measurements/sec.
Comprising a stainless steel hermetically encapsulated measuring body,
the FIT/5 has four value limit switches, including hysteresis, for sorting
and grading tasks, and digital filters are used as these are unaffected by
external factors such as vibration and temperature fluctuations. The body
also has a patent-pending overload protection that acts in all directions.
With the unit, internal calibration is undertaken automatically during running
measurements and the integrated electronics provide extensive functions
for the monitoring of both coarse and fine flow during batch processes.
Meeting food hygiene requirements, the load cell includes the company's
Windows-based Panel32 software, five user-selected filter ranges and
an integrated multi-channel measurement function is available in bus
mode. Multiple interfaces are available for communication with other
devices in an integrated system.
