HBM celebrates 25 years of ISO 9001 since first certification in Germany
Darmstadt HBM is celebrating the companys technological innovativeness as its ISO 9001 Certificate Number 000001 reaches its 25th birthday. Since HBM was awarded the first certificate the quality management of 45,000 companies in Germany have been certified in accordancewith ISO 9001; globally, the figure rises to more than a million.
Over the past 25 years, HBM has undergone and passed nine major certifications and 14 routine surveillance audits.
HBM has remained at the forefront of quality management since that date by constantly developing the original quality management manual. The document remains at the heart of all corporate processes.
