New Mineral Insulated Thermocouple sheath.
OMEGA have developed a NEW Mineral Insulated
Thermocouple sheath.
The material called Super Omegaclad XL is Nickel-Chrome
based, which provides excellent oxidation and Chlorination
resistance. It can withstand long-term exposure to combustion
gases or air at temperatures up to 1335 Deg C with very little
drift of the base metal thermocouple.
This NEW sheath is available in many standard thermocouple
styles with type K or N calibration.
In addition, OMEGA will design and manufacture to suit individual
requirements.
