PCB Load & Torque launches New Line of Single Channel Rotor Telemetry Products
New in-house capabilities improve telemetry product offerings - PCB Load & Torque, a division of PCB Piezotronics, Inc., is pleased to introduce its new line of single-channel rotor telemetry products.
Back in January, PCB Piezotronics acquired Accumetrics Associates, Inc., a Schenectady, N.Y.-based supplier of data solutions for rotating equipment. The acquisition has enabled PCB® to extend its Load & Torque Division's telemetry product line to offer comprehensive battery-, induction- and dual-powered single-channel rotor telemetry solutions.
Paul Goodes, general manager of PCB's Load & Torque Division, explains that the launch of the single channel telemetry product line is the first in a multi-phase integration of Load & Torque and Accumetrics telemetry products.
"The acquisition has and will continue to enable us to augment in-house technology to support current and future telemetry product initiatives," said Goodes. "The integration of Accumetrics and Load & Torque products will result in a comprehensive telemetry product line spanning several markets including automotive, energy, aerospace and defense and industrial applications, to name a few."
