Vortex Flow Sensor - Type WX - NEW! Analogue 4-20mA/0-10V output
The latest SIKA design for the VVX vortex flow sensor out performs other flow sensors on the market, by not having wearable components and utilising a solid state encapsulated method. Versions available with a temperature sensor located in the bluff body, giving either an analogue or resistance based output. The VVX sensor range covers a flow range from 2L/min through to 150L/min.

OEM Turbine Flow sensors - Are you using WRAS approved products?
SIKA manufactures low cost OEM flow turbine sensors that do not compromise on quality with each sensor going through a 100% test calibration. We offer Sapphire bearings as standard; this coupled with our innovative continual self-flushing bearing design makes us market leaders and ensures the durability and repeatability over the full working life of our customers’ machine/equipment.

We have added to this range of sensors with the VTY20 which offers 1-60L/min and with WRAS drinking water approval. The VTY10 and VTY20 are also available as a capsule which is ideal for designing flow meters into customer products.

WRAS approvals can be directly checked on the WRAS directory which is always up to date:

Digital Pressure Gauges
SIKA extended the ranges available in the E2 and D2 digital pressure gauges. Now available are 12 pressure ranges to choose from instead of 6, ranging from -1 to 3bar through to 0 to 1000bar. This is a robust range of digital gauges and come as standard with features which make it popular:

* NEW – 12 pressure ranges to choose from
* Temporary backlight
* Selectable units
* Min/Max values
* Tare/Zero Button
* Bar graph display
* IP67 protection
* DNV Approval

New production robots
We have continued investment into our robots at our production facility in Kassel, Germany. With new machines being implemented it will further strengthen our position as a market leader for quality customer specific sensors. It will also ensure we have continued capacity improvement for the high demand we have seen in recent years.

Round-up of 2017 Shows
Exhibiting at a total of 21 global fairs in 2017 it’s been yet another busy year!

Meeting old and new clients in many different countries enables us to understand your applications further. It’s such a pleasure to discuss “face to face” and create new relationships with the benefit of you being able to talk directly to our engineering team and to see our latest innovations first hand.
