Precision Compensated and Calibrated Miniature Sensors
for Pressure Ranges from 5 mbar to 75 mbar Full Scale
Sensortechnics' new piezoresistive PCL sensors offer
OEMs high precision measurement from 5 to 75 mbar FS.
TC offset errors, warm-up and long term stability, and position
sensitivity are all significantly reduced when compared to
conventional compensation methods. In addition the sensor
utilises a silicon, micromachined, stress concentration enhanced
structure to provide a very linear output to measured pressure.
The output of the device is ratiometric to the supply voltage and
operation from any D.C. supply voltage of up to +16 V is acceptable.
Important features of the new PCL sensors are:
* Pressure ranges from 0…5 mbar to 0…75 mbar
* Precision temperature compensated and calibrated
* Very low warm-up and long term stability error
* Virtually no position sensitivity
* Greatly improved linearity and temperature stability
The precision temperature compensation and calibration makes
Sensortechnics' PCL sensors ideally suited for demanding low
pressure measurement applications. Packaging and electrical
parameters are compatible with Sensortechnics PUL series.
The new PCL pressure sensors are exclusively available from
Sensortechnics.
