New low-cost compact Model 720 CVG
- Capacitance Vacuum Gauge.
Based on Setra's robust variable capacitive sensor design,
the Model 720 offers a 0-5 VDC or 0-10 VDC output that is
linear with pressure and independent of gas composition.
An accuracy of ±0.5% of reading is provided as well as an optional
accuracy of ±0.25% of reading. The accuracy of this transducer is
assured with a wide compensated operating temperature of 0 to
+50°C and exceptional temperature coefficients of ±0.005% FS/°C
at Zero and ±0.027% of Rdg/°C at span.
Offered in a variety of vacuum pressure ranges from 2 kPa to
150 kPa, 10 Torr to 1000 Torr, and 10 Mb to 1000 Mb, the
Model 720 is configured with an industry standard 9 pin D-sub
electrical connection. A variety of vacuum pressure fittings is
also available.
Corrosion resistant 600 series Inconel wetted parts make the
Model 720 ideal for use with corrosive media. Only 1.5" in
diameter x 2.06" long, the 720 has superior EMI/RFI performance,
achieved by the use of a metal housing in conjunction with surge
and ESD suppression components and RFI filtering on the inputs
and outputs.
The 720 CVG is ideal for Semiconductor Applications, Absorption
Chillers, Lasers, Autoclaves, Vacuum Packaging, Freeze Drying,
and Vacuum Distillation applications.
