New distribution agreements
StrainSense has recently been appointed the exclusive distributor for the Influx Technology product range in the UK. The Rebel CAN bus data logger system from Influx is ideal for automotive applications. It has the ability to acquire vechicle data remotely from several data sources reliably for long periods of time and has remote connectivity via GPRS which enables you to keep in touch with your data loggers in the field.

Precision Filters Inc. has also appointed StrainSense as their exclusive UK distributor. Precision Filters has been supplying analogue amplifiers, filters and switching equipment to specialist test and measurement markets for over 30 years. Typical applications include high speed rotating machinery such as gas turbines.

Miniature Pressure Sensor
The EB100 sets a new performance standard for demanding commercial and heavy industrial applications where high accuracy, small size and low weight are desirable. This sensor is ideal for motorsport applications and is suitable for measurement of liquid or gas pressure, including difficult media such as contaminated water, steam, and mildly corrosive fluids.

Triaxial IEPE Accelerometer
Newly available in ±50 to ±2000g dynamic ranges, the Model 7131A miniature triaxial IEPE accelerometer is specifically designed for NVH, engine vibration, road response, modal analysis, structural testing, ride handling and flight testing. It features a hermetically sealed titanium construction with a 4-pin Microtech connector interface. The rugged accelerometer provides a flat frequency response up to >10kHz.

Miniature Accelerometer for Extended Temperature Ranges
StrainSense has also strengthened its sensor product range by adding a miniature piezoelectric accelerometer for high temperature vibration and shock measurements. Operating in shear mode and free of internal, performance-limiting adhesives, the Model 7502A sets the standard for stable thermal performance from -73 °C to 260 °C.
