Aseptic Pressure Transmitters for food, beverage
and pharmaceutical applications.
WIKA's range of products for hygienic service has been
expanded with the introduction of the SA-I I aseptic pressure
transmitter.
Designed and certified in accordance with EHEDG, the SA- I I
combines WIKA's highly-rated standard pressure transmitter
with a range of industry-standard hygienic process connections.
These include I 1/2" and 2" Tn-damp and DIN 11851.
This integral flush-diaphragm and cooling element ensures high
accuracies are maintained, even with process temperatures as
high as 150°C.
With pressure ranges of 0...250mbar to 0...25 bar and a wide
range of signal outputs, including 4-20mA, 0-10V and switch
outputs, the SA-l I is ideally suited for use in a wide range of
applications in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries,
especially for CIP and SIP operations.
The option of 1P68 protection for the stainless-steel housing
ensures that external cleaning with water and steam is not a
problem. The SA-l I complements the broad range of WIKA
hygienic pressure and temperature instrumentation products
perfectly.
