Cambridge Sensotec hosts first International Distributor Training Event Cambridge Sensotec Ltd, a gas analyser manufacturer based in St. Ives, Cambridgeshire, was delighted to welcome established distributors from Italy, Malaysia and South Korea, as well as newly appointed distributors from China, Egypt, Romania, Saudi Arabia and Singapore. The training was held over three days, 5-7th June, at the company’s factory. There was a full agenda including extensive training on the company’s range of Rapidox gas analysers, technical information and an outline of the marketing opportunities available. During the event the distributors were keen to discover more about the new features of our popular Rapidox gas analysis products, the sensor technologies and the varied application areas. These include; inert gas blanketing in solder reflow ovens and glove boxes, nitrogen generation, welding, oxygen gas measuring, SF6 gas analysis, Biogas, Syngas and HFC227ea purity testing, plus many more. Cambridge Sensotec was also proud to show the distributors an advance preview of the company’s all new SF6 and multi-gas analysers due to be launched in August 2013. The Rapidox 5100 and 6100 are a range of portable self-contained gas analysers which can measure up to four gases simultaneously from a single sample point. A compatible selection of four of the following gases can be measured: O2, CH4, CO2, CO, H2S, SO2, H2O and SF6. Various combinations of gases are possible due to the modular design of the instrument.
