Ultrasonic Distance Sensor.
Code named the RPS-400-6, the compact versatile
distance sensor is ideal where space and weight is
at a premium.
Designed to operate in tough environments, it has an adjustable
50.8mm to 152mm sensing range, with an approximate 6 degree
beam angle, which enables targets to be detected whilst tilting or
vibrating.
Able to measure quickly and accurately with a response time of
2.1 ms maximum, and an operating frequency of 300kHz makes
the device a very repeatable and accurate sensor. Power input
is 20-30 Vdc at 10-l5mA.
Constructed from the highest recommended materials, the sensor
has many applications in the manufacturing, automation, process
and control industries.
