Supplied with both the RFX MEAT probe and GATEWAY, the system allows users to monitor multiple cooking processes simultaneously, helping to streamline workflows and improve consistency.
Engineered for performance, the system enables users to monitor up to 50 probes at once, providing a comprehensive overview of multiple cooks without the need to open ovens or barbecues. Using advanced radio frequency technology, the RFX system maintains a strong and stable connection-even through thick oven walls, grills and other obstructions-with a line-of-sight range of up to 457 metres. Once paired, the probes connect automatically, ensuring a seamless user experience. Additional probes are also available to order.
Built for demanding environments, the commercial-grade RFX MEAT probe is fully waterproof to IP69K standards and offers up to 50 hours of battery life from just a 10-minute charge, supporting continuous operation in busy kitchens. Each system is supplied with a free traceable calibration certificate, providing confidence in measurement accuracy and supporting compliance requirements.
The system integrates with a free mobile app, allowing users to monitor temperatures remotely, receive alerts for precise cooking control, and store cooking data for food safety and HACCP audits.
