STRAINSTALL Marine has launched the new YP100 series of yacht pins. Answering an increasing demand for load bearing measurement solutions from larger yachts, the YP100 range can be incorporated easily and economically into the load path by replacing existing load bearing pins to measure the load/forces on the main sail. Usually supplied with a 4-20mA integrated amplifier, the pin outputs can be integrated into the vessel’s main navigation controls or supplied as a stand alone system with a display.
